The Turbosound TCX-10 is a 600 Watt compact 10" passive two-way loudspeaker engineered for a wide range of portable PA and fixed-installation sound reinforcement applications. Whether deployed as a front-of-house main, a stage monitor on its 35 mm pole socket, or as a flown delay in a contracted install, the trapezoidal enclosure delivers articulate vocal projection and tight musical low-mid response.
Application focus
Houses of worship, lecture theatres, bar and restaurant zones, and small-format live music venues. The 90° horizontal x 60° vertical waveguide provides predictable audience coverage with minimal off-axis spill onto reflective surfaces — particularly useful in reverberant rooms where intelligibility matters more than raw SPL.
Engineering highlights
- High-excursion 10" LF driver with low-mass voice coil for improved transient response
- 1" high-temperature dome compression driver on a rotatable elliptical waveguide for horizontal or vertical orientation
- 15 mm (5/8") birch plywood cabinet finished in hard-wearing semi-matt black textured paint
- Internal M10, M8 and M6 threaded rigging points compatible with Turbosound and industry-standard yokes, U-brackets and ceiling mounts
- Two Neutrik speakON® NL4 connectors plus 4-way barrier strip for input-and-link operation in distributed systems
- Designed and engineered in the United Kingdom
The TCX-10 pairs naturally with the TCX-18B band-pass subwoofer for full-range portable rigs, or with the in-wall infrastructure of a contracted install where unobtrusive, dependable coverage is the brief.
